Whether you’re moving out of a house, cleaning up from a renovation, or relocating a business, the junk removal services by Junk Command can handle the disposal of all of your unwanted materials like trash, construction debris, furniture, electronics and appliances.

We understand that junk removal is an unusual albeit necessary task and that it can be confusing when trying to understand when and how you should book our junk removal services as well as how expenses are incurred. Let us break this information down for you a bit further:

Booking Junk Removal

When it is time to clear out your property, call us or fill out the contact form on our website and one of our team members will get in touch with you. You will need to schedule a 2-hour window for us to arrive and expect a phone call on the day 15-30 minutes before we actually arrive. We are able to go over pricing with you on the phone, but we won’t know exactly how much it will cost until we are on site and see how much junk needs to be removed.

Pricing of Junk Removal Services

Our junk removal services are priced based on the volume of stuff that needs to be removed and also the nature of the material. All labor and dump fees are included in the price and we provide tools, shovels, rakes, a tarp, and an appliance dolly. Once on site, our team members will provide you with an estimate of cost prior to performing any work. Given that you are comfortable with that estimate, our team members will get to work clearing out your property. We guarantee that the final price will never be over the estimate.

We charge based on how much space we fill in our dumpster and in the case that it is less than expected, we will not charge you the full amount. Recycling fees for appliances, mattresses and box springs, televisions, computer equipment and tires are, however, not included in the base price.

Here is a breakdown of our rates:

  • Minimum – $110 = 2-3 Cubic Yards
  • 1/4 Truck – $200 = 5 Cubic Yards
  • 1/2 Truck – $380 = 10 Cubic Yards
  • 3/4 Truck – $540 = 15 Cubic Yards
  • Full Truck – $680 = 20 Cubic Yards

If needed, our junk removers will also perform one final sweep of your property to ensure that it is left as clean as possible.

After we have cleaned out your property, we will recycle and donate (at your request) everything that we can. Whatever we cannot donate or recycle is sold at thrift store prices or taken to an appropriate transfer station to be sorted and disposed of responsibly and ethically.
